Bernard Wright

It is with great sadness we report that Bernard Wright passed away on the 19th February 2018 aged 90. Bernard became a member of Glinton Horticultural Society in the early 1950s and started winning prizes and cups for flowers and vegetables soon after. He continued doing so for the rest of his life.

A life member since 2006 and President since 2016, Bernard’s contribution to the Society was immense and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Our condolences to his wife Phyllis and his family.
