PRIVACY STATEMENT

 

The Society holds information on Members, Show Exhibitors and those that have subscribed to our Emails concerning items of news and forth coming events. The data we store are name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address, but not necessarily all of these items.

 

We use this information to communicate and administrate the affairs of the Society and the events it organises. All information is held securely in a data format which is both encrypted, and password protected. No information is given to any other organisation.

 

We hold this information for all members of the Society and Entrants to our Annual Show. Anyone may ask at any time what data is kept about them and can have that data amended or erased as necessary. Please make contact via the email link on the footer of our website page.

 

The Society does not make use of any cookies or tracking technologies via our website.
